Gestures and emotes

Wave, sit, talk or kneel in prayer while away.

The Emotes tab

Choose an emote from the Emotes tab. Other nearby travellers in the same world can see the gesture. Movement returns control to your traveller.

Wave: A short wave to another traveller.
Sit: Sit until you move on.
Talk: A short talking gesture.

Prayer while AFK

For the sustained kneeling prayer pose, type AFK as your complete chat message. This is separate from the Faith skill’s combat action. Movement or another activity ends the away pose.

Other gestures requested by players may arrive in later releases. Use the current in-game Emotes tab for the available selection.

This guide describes game mechanics. Skill names and levels describe a character’s progress, not a person’s spiritual standing.
