Who you may meet

Only one person is in need here at a time, and it may be someone else each time, chosen at random: Judah, an old man under a worn mantle; Babatha, an old widow; Malthace, a widow; Elpis, a girl; Hyrcanus, a boy; or Tabbai, a small boy.

Whoever it is, they are poor: their clothes are faded, patched and torn, and they go barefoot.

This guide describes game mechanics. Skill names and levels describe a character’s progress, not a person’s spiritual standing.
