How to get it

  • During David and Goliath, choose it out of the brook in the valley above Elyakim’s house, in the fight at the fallen shrine: 5 in a try, one at a time. Each goes into your bag at once, onto the stones already there, or into a free slot. With no free slot and no stones in the bag, the brook gives none: “Your bag is too full to carry another stone.”

What it is for

  • Sling it at the idol’s brow in David and Goliath. Every stone slung, struck or missed, leaves your bag.
  • A quest item: it stays in your bag, and cannot be dropped, traded, sold or put in the storehouse.
  • When a try ends (knocked out, gone back down, or a new try begun), the stones still in your bag are taken out: “You leave your smooth stones by the brook.” When the idol has fallen and its spirit is cast out, the stones left over go the same way. The reward is Elyakim’s scrip of smooth stones.

October Support

This October goal is what pays me to do the work. The hours of research behind every article, going and getting the documents, reading them properly, the filming and the streams, the study tools, The Way (our free Christian game) and the children's lessons.

All of it is free. There is no paywall and there are no sponsors telling me what I can say, which means the whole thing runs on the people who think it is worth running.

Support is voluntary and appreciated.
