Scholar's mantle
This page is about an item you can carry in your bag.
A long mantle of fine white linen, its border worked with little letters in blue thread. Every scribe which is instructed unto the kingdom of heaven is like unto a man that is an householder, which bringeth forth out of his treasure things new and old (Matthew 13:52). Given at Knowledge level 100; bound to you: it can be worn and stored, never traded, sold or dropped.

- It gives no bonuses: it changes how you look.
- Bound to you: keep it in your bag or your storehouse. It can never be traded, sold or dropped.
Using this item
Your starting robe is kept when equipment is first opened. Additional robes come from the tailor or High Place rewards. Click a robe in the bag to wear it; a replaced robe returns to that same bag slot. A plain robe always stays underneath. This item takes one bag space, gives no combat bonuses and cannot be dropped, sold or traded. You can deposit it in the storehouse.
