Rupert Lowe’s Rape Gang Inquiry: The Islamic Question Britain Was Told Not To Ask

Most of you have probably seen the sickness that has been taking place up and down the United Kingdom and throughout the Western world by now... But since Rupert Lowe's muslim rape gang inquiry, things have got even more interesting. This article deals with child sexual exploitation, grooming gangs, survivor testimony, cult ideology, and state failure. It is written for truth, justice, and safeguarding, not hatred.

The real question is very serious.

Did certain islamic criminal networks use Islam, sharia concepts, honour culture, and contempt for non-Muslim girls to make evil feel justified in their own sick minds? If "yes", where did they get these ideas from? That's important right?

Well... Rupert Lowe’s Rape Gang Inquiry says "yes". A big YES!

And if the report is even partly right, Britain is not dealing with a normal crime story. It is dealing with a national scandal where children were sacrificed because the people in power were too afraid to name the pattern or many claim were possibly partaking in it.

The question beneath the inquiry

Every major scandal has a surface story and a hidden truthful story.

The surface story is what the public already knows: vulnerable girls were groomed, drugged, trafficked, raped, threatened, blackmailed, ignored, and then "disbelieved" by the very institutions that were supposed to protect them.

The hidden and true story is way darker.

Why did it keep happening?

Why did police officers, social workers, schools, councils, medical staff, licensing bodies, and politicians repeatedly fail to act?

Why did victims describe the same language again and again: “white girls,” “kuffar,” “slags,” “infidels,” “Christian girls,” “Muslim girls are different,” “you deserve this”?

Why were forced conversions, Islamic marriages, imams, mosques, sharia style control, and "religious" intimidation appearing in witness testimony?

Those are not comfortable questions.

But a country that refuses uncomfortable questions becomes a country where comfortable lies protect monsters. Anyone who is not willing to speak out about this, is actually a major part of the problem.

What the report claims

The Rape Gang Inquiry argues that the scandal was not a random collection of isolated local failures. It claims the same pattern appeared across towns and cities throughout Britain.

The report says girls as young as eleven were targeted with attention, gifts, alcohol, drugs, taxi rides, and false affection. Then the mask came off. They were passed between groups of adult muslim men, taken to houses, flats, hotels, restaurants, and vehicles, threatened into silence, and treated as disposable.

The report also argues that the perpetrator profile was not honestly confronted for decades. It says the networks were overwhelmingly made up of Pakistani Muslim and other Muslim background men, while the victims were often vulnerable White British girls and non-muslims.

That distinction and detail matters.

The word “Asian” can hide more than it reveals. Britain has many Asian communities, including Hindus, Sikhs, Buddhists, Christians, and others. The report argues that the pattern in these grooming gang cases was far more specific than “Asian.” It was, Pakistani Muslim and other Muslim background men targeting non-Muslim girls.

But if the pattern is real, which from the evidence we now have it is quite obvious... then pretending not to see it is not compassion. It is cowardice and evil!

The religious language inside the abuse

The strongest part of the inquiry is not merely the statistics. It is the survivor testimony.

Several testimonies describe abuse that was not only sexual, but also racial and religious.

In the report, survivors describe being degraded as white, Christian, non-Muslim, or “kuffar.” Some say they were told Muslim girls were pure, while white girls were worthless or sexually available. Others describe being forced toward Islamic practices, forced into Islamic marriages and slavery, or controlled through islamic language.

One survivor, Taylor, is quoted in the report saying that before she was raped, the men would chant “Bismillah Hir Rahman Nir Rahim.” Which mean ""In the name of allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful". Think about that, Muslims were praising their false god allah whilst raping children. They was doing what they was doing in service to their false god.

Another survivor, Anna, said that after a conviction, a relative of the perpetrator shouted “allahu Akbar.” Another typical Islamic slogan.

Victoria’s testimony describes a daughter who suddenly converted to Islam while allegedly under the control of an Algerian Muslim student, with changes in clothing, prayer, diet, family behaviour, social media control, financial control, and many forms of eventual abuse.

Jen’s testimony describes forced conversion, an Islamic ceremony, islamic cultish coercion, and being told she was inferior as a non Muslim.

Kate’s testimony describes being demeaned as a white Christian girl, mocked for wearing a cross, told her Christian faith offered no protection, and told Muslim girls were viewed as having higher moral standing.

This is the thread running through the report.

The abuse was not only physical.

It was ideological. It was Islamic and we witness these exact practises happening continually throughout the Islamic world and now it has made its way into the Western world.

The girls were not only violated.

They were spiritually humiliated. Degraded and all in the name of Islam. It is time to speak the truth!

The texts extremists can weaponise

To understand the connection being made, we have to look at the texts and "legal" ideas that muslims could try to weaponise.

The question is whether certain islamic passages and traditions can be used by muslims to build an absolutly mental world where non-Muslim girls are seen as lower, unprotected, sexually available, or less worthy of justice and if these passages actually do teach these things in their own texts.

1. Muslim superiority and the devaluing of unbelievers

The inquiry points to passages such as Quran 3:110, where Muslims are called the “best community” or “best nation,” and Quran 48:28, where Islam is described as the religion that will prevail over all religions.

It also points to disgusting descriptions of non-muslims, such as Quran 8:55 "Lo! the worst of beasts", where non-muslims are described in severe terms, and Quran 9:28, where non-muslims are described as unclean.

The issue is not simply that a so called religion believes it is true. Let's stay on topic.

The issue is what happens when muslims actually take their ideology seriously, take a look at Iran and Afghanistan and Iraq... What happens when these delusional ideas lead to superiority complexes mized with criminal desire, honour culture, male dominance, and hatred for non-Muslims.

A predatorial ideology does not need to be true for people to believe it and practice it. It only needs enough people to take it seriously and literally, to silence the brainwashed practitioners conscience.

If he already believes the girl is beneath him, if he already believes her community is weak, if he already believes she is morally dirty and evil, then the crime becomes justified in the mind of the delusional, especially when they believe that these sick ideas are actually coming from God. This is insanity but sadly it is the reality of what has taken place across the entire world when it comes to Islam, and now we have the evidence to back that up. Not only did we already have it from their books but we now actually have objective reality to observe and confirm that their ideology is incompatible with the Western world and way of life and civilization as a whole.

That is why this matters, it matters for you and also for the future generations to come. Their peace and joy is important! You should care about that...

2. Loyalty, silence, and protecting the community

The report also discusses al-wala’ wa-l-bara’, often translated as loyalty and disavowal.

In simple terms, this is the idea of loyalty to Muslims and separation from .

The report connects this to the wider culture of silence. If exposing Muslim offenders is seen as betraying the community, then victims can be sacrificed to protect the group’s reputation. non-muslims.

This is not only a theological problem. It becomes a safeguarding problem which has clearly led to national security risks.

If police, social workers, politicians, and community leaders fear accusations of racism or Islamophobia for simply speaking the truth and caring about innocent life, then the state becomes paralysed by cowardice and infiltrators.

The innocent child is left alone.

The rape gangs are protected.

The truth becomes the enemy.. But now that has changed And people deserve to know this truth.

The age question: Aisha, child marriage, and modern Britain

One of the most explosive issues in islam, is the age of Aisha.

Sahih al-Bukhari records that Muhammad married Aisha when she was six and consummated the marriage when she was nine. This is one of the main problems with Islam and muhammad. When traditional Islamic sources can be used to normalise child marriage and Muslims do not deny that this information is inaccurate Then clearly we have a huge disconnect in morality between the Western world and the Islamic world.

Quran 65:4 is also often discussed because it gives a waiting period for divorced females who have not menstruated, meaning Muslims in the Quran are given instructions on when they can have sex with children who have already been married before they have even hit puberty. Classical scholars explain that this 100% is speaking about girls who had not yet reached puberty.

Modern Muslims often respond with "context", alternative interpretations which literally leads them to denying their own book. Whereas some just double down and say that it's fine and go on trying to practise it. What do you think about this? We now have witnessed how Muslim grooming gangs have used this to justify their paedophilic actions.

The question must be this direct...

If a muslim man believes puberty or the start of menstruation is enough to make a girl sexually available, then the modern British concept of child protection can be dismissed in his mind as a foreign rule.

That is exactly why the report’s "religious" question matters.

A British girl under sixteen is a child.

There is no “relationship.”

There is no “consent.”

There is no “she looked older.”

There is no “she acted grown.”

A child is a child.

And any ideology that blurs that line must be confronted and banned.

Marriage, silence, and consent

Another text often discussed is Sahih al-Bukhari 6946, where a virgin’s silence is treated as consent to marriage after being asked.

In a healthy culture, silence is not sexual consent. Fear is not consent. Shock is not consent. Trauma is not consent. A child freezing in terror is not consent, but sadly that is how Muslims perceive it and are taught it in their own texts.

The report records testimony where survivors said silence, modesty, religious shame, or failure to scream was twisted against them.

That is extremely dangerous and wicked but somehow justified in Islam.

When a religious culture already treats female silence as meaningful in marriage, predatory men can corrupt that idea and turn it into something monstrous.

The pathway of abuse is visible and very easy to discern.

A text about "marriage" has become a tool of coercion.

A cultural idea about shame has become a weapon.

A frightened girl becomes responsible for the crime committed against her according to Islam.

That is evil.

Men over women

Quran 4:34 "Men are in charge of women, because Allah hath made the one of them to excel the other" describes men as above women and includes a disciplinary framework for wives to be beaten. Twisted translations given out in the West in English render the final stage differently in order to deceive people away from what it actually says in the arabic, and many modern Muslims try to soften or restrict its meaning because it's pretty obvious that it's wrong and the West would reject it. I will give you the a softened version and then the actual version: Softened: "and scourge them." Actual translation directly from the arabic: "and beat them". To be honest both translations are pretty bad for muslims to explain but ultimately muslims are commanded to beat their wives.

In classical and cultural islamic practice, this verse has been used since the times of muhammad to justify male authority over women and beat them.

The report connects that wider system to testimonies where women and girls were controlled through male dominance, "religious" obligation, forced marriage, domestic control, and sexual entitlement. In other words in islamic states, Muslim men are allowed to rape their wives and it's not called rape to them. Many of them who have come over to the Western world have brought that practise with them.

Hadith literature also contains passages that can be troubling in this context. Sahih Muslim 1436d says that if a husband calls his wife to bed and she does not come, and he spends the night angry, the angels curse her until morning. Clearly to the educated mind, that is absolute stupidity and ignorance to reality. But when people follow 1400 year old cult from the middle of the desert, what do you expect them to believe?

And for a modern safeguarding mind, that is a serious issue because if a man believes his wife is religiously obligated to sexually comply, then the idea of marital rape becomes harder to recognise.

If that logic is then extended into abusive or forced “marriages,” especially involving vulnerable girls, it becomes a trap.

This is why forced Islamic marriage appears so seriously in the report.

It is not just a ceremony.

It can become a cage for innocent children and young woman.

Captives, slavery, and “right hand possesses”

The most disturbing textual area is slavery and captive women.

Quran 4:24 speaks of married women being forbidden except those whom “your right hands possess,” which according to scholars and classical interpretation is female captives/slaves. Quran 23:5-6 and Quran 70:29-30 also refer to guarding chastity except with wives or those whom the right hand possesses. Quran 33:50 includes similar language concerning the false prophet mohammed.

Hadith also records discussions involving female captives and sexual relations. Sahih al-Bukhari 5210 and Sahih Muslim 1438a describe Muslim men taking female captives and asking about coitus interruptus.

This is not a small detail.

If a system has a category where female captives can be sexually accessed by their male owners, then people are right to ask how that concept shaped later cultures of domination.

The point is that this mental category exists for muslims: non-Muslim females can be framed as outside the normal protections given to Muslim women and this is done so frequently by Muslims who come over to the West and see the Western world as a war zone. The concept of "Dar al-Islam" and "Dar al-Harb" matters because it shows how some extremists divide the world morally. In classical Islamic thought, Dar al-Islam referred to the land under Islamic rule, while Dar al-Harb referred to the land outside Islamic rule, often understood as hostile territory. Muslims today use this to justify violence or abuse against non-muslims in non-muslim lands on many occasions, and it has been weaponise to treat the West as enemy land and non-Muslim girls as people outside the moral protections they would claim for their own community.

This exposes the insane architecture behind Islamic theology. When a man already sees himself as religiously superior, sees the victim as “kuffar,” and sees Britain as enemy territory, he can twist "religion" into a weapon against the innocent. Sadly there are many mosques all throughout the Western world teaching this kind of theology to Muslims.

That is the ideological bridge that people need to understand regarding why this has happened and why their ideology is incompatible with the West.

The report claims some perpetrators treated non-Muslim girls almost like property: passed around, trafficked, used, threatened, forced to clean, forced to cook, controlled, branded, converted, married, and discarded.

That is why the slavery question cannot be dismissed as irrelevant.

Modesty, blame, and “she asked for it”

Quran 24:30-31 tells believing men and women to lower their gaze and guard modesty. Quran 33:59 tells believing women to draw their garments over themselves so they may be recognised and not abused or harassed.

In abusive cultures, this has become a way of blaming victims when they are abused.

If a covered woman is treated as protected, then an uncovered woman can be treated as unprotected.

If a Muslim girl is seen as pure, then a non-Muslim girl in Western clothes can be seen as available and a Potential Victim. And for your information, this is also happening in Nigeria to christians and all over the world by Muslims not just in the West but for the sake of this report we are focusing on Britain and the West.

Anyway back to the point... If female sexuality is seen as dangerous, then the male predator can present himself as the victim of temptation in Islam, which is absolutely insane to any of us who have rational and logical minds. That is exactly the inversion found in grooming gang testimony in the criminals minds. Clearly Islam is false and very outdated.

The muslim men were the offenders.

The children were the victims.

Yet again and again, the girls were treated as if they were the problem.

That is satanic and filthy.

The report’s strongest argument

The strongest argument in Rupert Lowe’s inquiry is not that Islam alone explains everything.

It does not.

There were institutional failures also. There were police failures. There were social service failures. There were failures in schools, hospitals, licensing, courts, councils, and Parliament.

There were also failures in British culture: fatherlessness, broken homes, weak community protection, care homes that became hunting grounds, and a political class that worshipped “community cohesion” while children were being destroyed.

But the "religious" question still matters because survivors themselves describe it and when they do it seems to be the main part of why they were targeted.

They did not only say they were abused by men. They were specifically abused by Muslims and continually heard Islamic reasoning for why they were being abused and chosen for abuse.

They said they were abused by men who used words like kuffar, white girls, Christian girls, Muslim girls, Allah, Bismillah, Islamic marriage, hijab, conversion, shame, purity, and honour.

That is evidence. This is not just a theory!

It may need further investigation. It may need testing. It may need court level scrutiny. But it cannot be buried. We already have multiple Islamic states that we can study and objectively witness that it is an evil dictatorship when they actually follow Islamic law and muhammad literally.

The Christian perspective

From a Christian perspective, the measure of a society is how it treats the innocent.

Children are not political problems.

Children are not community relational problems.

Children are not reputational risks.

Children are image bearers of YAH The True God of The Bible. Not some insane desert cult that follow a schizophrenic man called Mohammed who literally cried after being choked in a cave by a demon or a figment of his own imagination.

When a child says she is being abused, the first instinct of a righteous society should be protection. Not optics. Not diversity training. Not fear of headlines. Not “what will the community think?”

Protection.

The state’s first duty is to restrain evil and defend the innocent.

And when institutions fail to do that, they become part of the architecture of abuse.

This is why the rape gang scandal is so spiritually serious.

It is not only about wicked men committing wicked acts.

It is about a nation losing the moral courage to defend its own children.

What Britain must do now

The inquiry points toward several necessary responses.

First, full data must be recorded. Ethnicity, nationality, "religion", group structure, location, institutional failures, and offender networks must be tracked honestly.

Second, police must stop treating children as willing participants in their own exploitation. A child cannot be a prostitute. A child cannot consent to being groomed. A child cannot consent to being trafficked.

Third, forced marriage, religious coercion, conversion pressure, and islamic style control must be treated as safeguarding red flags.

Fourth, there must be serious legal consequences for any official who ignored reports, destroyed evidence, suppressed ethnicity data, or protected institutional reputation over child safety.

Fifth, immigration and deportation policy must be brought into the conversation where offenders are foreign nationals or dual nationals.

Sixth, Christian, Sikh, Hindu, Jewish, atheist, and female muslim woman (sadly many of them are forced into Islam or indoctrinated into it since birth and end up being enslaved or abused also) victims must all be protected with equal seriousness.

Truth does not need hatred.

Justice does not need mob rule.

Safeguarding does not = racism.

And protection does require courage not cowards.

Final thought

The question is whether Britain has allowed fear of naming Islamic, cultural, and demographic patterns to silence victims and protect predators.

The Rape Gang Inquiry says yes.

And if that is true, then this is one of the biggest moral failures in modern Britain and the western world. It is also extremely embarrassing that such cowards and vile people have got into positions of power.

Because think about it... the girls did speak.

Parents spoke.

Whistleblowers spoke.

Campaigners spoke.

Some police knew.

Some social workers knew.

Some schools knew.

Some councils knew.

Some politicians knew.

And still, the islamic abuse continued.

That is why this report matters.

Because it forces people to stop pretending, and even if they want to keep on being ignorant it won't change the fact that the truth is out now.
